Send your files (STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ or IGES; drawings as PDF) and a short description through the order form. A person quotes every job, usually within one business day. There's no obligation to go ahead once you have it.

Yes, a ballpark: the instant estimator at /calculator measures a 3D file in your browser without uploading it, or works from dimensions you type in. Its figure is guidance, useful for budgeting. The actual price comes from a person who looks at your files, and every job is quoted that way.

Material, part volume (how much plastic or resin it takes), print time, quantity, and any finishing such as sanding, painting or assembly. Geometry that needs a lot of support material also adds cost.

Yes. Volume pricing applies to runs of 10 or more identical parts. Put the quantity on the order form and it's built into the quote.

There's no strict minimum, but a very small single-part order may carry a setup fee to cover handling. Small FDM parts typically start around $15–25.

Yes. An NDA is available on request before you send anything. Say so on the order form or call us and we'll sort it out first.

Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days for most jobs, depending on complexity and how busy the shop is. Rush jobs are available — ask, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible. Put your deadline on the order form so we can tell you up front.

Yes, pickup at the shop is free. We're at 10400 Frisco St, Suite 206, Frisco, TX 75033, open Mon–Thu 8:30 AM–4:30 PM · Fri 8:30 AM–4:00 PM · Sat–Sun closed. You'll get an email when your order is ready.

Yes, anywhere in the US, and to Canada and Mexico. We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx; shipping is calculated from package size and destination and included in your quote. Most domestic orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.

On FDM printers: PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, nylon (unfilled PA12 or carbon-fiber PA6-CF), polycarbonate and TPU (flexible), plus carbon-fiber PLA and carbon-fiber PETG. In resin: standard, tough (ABS-like), flexible and castable resins. Our materials guide covers what each is good for and where it fails. For a specialty material, or metal parts (arranged through production partners), contact us to discuss options.

Our large-format printers handle parts up to about 600 mm × 600 mm × 600 mm (24" × 24" × 24") in one piece. Larger assemblies can be printed in sections and bonded or mechanically fastened.

Yes, in TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). Hardness depends on the TPU grade. It suits gaskets, seals, bumpers, grips and protective covers.

Yes: sanding, priming, airbrushing and painted finishes, from a single color to multi-layer finishes. Put your finishing requirements on the order form.

We offer injection-mold design: taking a part, often proven first as a printed prototype, to a design that is ready to be molded. The molding itself is not done in our shop, so ask us about the production run.

Yes. Bring the machine in during business hours; printers are worked on on Wednesdays. There's no appointment to book. Our hours are Mon–Thu 8:30 AM–4:30 PM · Fri 8:30 AM–4:00 PM · Sat–Sun closed.

No. We can work with files that have minor issues and will flag any problems before printing. Watertight (manifold) geometry gives the best results; if you're unsure, upload what you have and we'll review it.

For FDM, design walls of at least 1.2 mm (3 perimeters with a 0.4 mm nozzle) and features of about 0.4 mm or larger. Resin can manage 0.5 mm walls and features of about 0.1 mm. If you're designing to tight tolerances, talk to us first.

Minor mesh repairs are included at no extra charge. Significant modeling work or a redesign is quoted as design work; describe what you need on the order form.

It's where you follow an order through every stage, from quote to printing to ready for pickup or shipped. You can approve or decline quotes, message us, upload more files and see your order history in one place.

Create a portal account with the same email address you ordered with, then sign in with your email and password; your orders appear automatically. If you forget your password, the sign-in page emails you a reset link.

Yes. Once your quote is approved and invoiced, you'll get an email with a payment link to pay by credit or debit card. You can also pay at pickup.
